The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Another large site for researchers and therapists. Tends to be more on the scholarly side,however there are some very good resourses here. A note of caution, although it does discuss various models and theories, the site is heavily in favour of a disease model of alcoholism.

The National Institute on Drug Abuse This organisation is the drugs equivalent of the NIAAA. Lots of information but beware the official line.

About Alcoholism/Substance Use A good accessible site that has regular updates. It often includes research findings, with the results written for the layman.
